As President of S&B Construction Group, Mr. Cooper directs the daily operations, formulating strategies and policies to achieve overall corporate objectives while fulfilling the organization’s commitment to the communities we serve.  William strives to ensure that each client’s experience is satisfying and enjoyable. He believes that we have accomplished a win when our customers view their finished projects as a success.

Mr. Cooper joined S&B Construction in 1987. He brought with him an extensive background in design/build, construction management, project management, and estimating disciplines.  He has acquired additional experience in construction administration, design, zoning, and permitting since entering the industry in 1976. William earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction from Northeast Louisiana University (now ULM). William and his wife, Reba, have been married since 1976 and have two children. When time permits, William enjoys golf, skiing, and running.
