Our delivery method offers the best design-bid-build and design-build hybrid strategy while avoiding the inherent downsides of these standard delivery methods. Under our Trinity Partnership model, your church, BGW Architects, and S-B Construction are aligned from the earliest design stages. Still, unlike other models, both BGW and S-B are separately contracted with and accountable to the church. Nothing is shared in terms of financial benefit between BGW and S-B, as we believe it is the best way to get a truly beneficial equilateral relationship. It forms a solid check and balance that is helpful when discussing aspects of the project, whether in the design or the construction phases. At the beginning of every project, the Church, BGW Architects, and S-B Construction Group enter a covenant relationship and agree to handle any issues that arise throughout the building project in a uniquely different way than the world handles them. With God in the center of the Trinity Partnership, this approach seeks to transform the job site by reducing conflict, scheduling delays, and change orders, resulting in significant cost reductions.
