As Sr. Project Manager in the Church Facility Division for S&B Construction Group, Alan provides overall direction for the design and construction of churches, schools, and other religious facilities. 

Alan guides our clients through the pre-construction, design, and building phases of their new facility. He will then work alongside the client to coordinate the Architect and Engineer, local authorities, the building committees, and various consultants for the project. 

One exceptional talent Alan and his team possess are to continually value engineer each project.  He updates project budgets as needed to give the client an accurate representation of their on-going costs. He creates and updates schedules often so that clients have the information they need to make informed decisions.

Alan’s mission is to utilize his experience and network of contractors & suppliers, to assist the expansion of churches & schools throughout their building projects.

Alan is active as a lay minister in his church. Alan and his wife Tracy have been married since 1983 and have two children and three grandchildren. Alan enjoys sailing and outdoor activities when time permits.
